As a seasoned omnichannel strategist and executive leader in pharma, I bring 30 years of experience translating global vision into local impact. I specialise in building and executing multi-year, global-to-local omnichannel roadmaps that are grounded in data, HCP insights, and brand objectives—delivering measurable results across the product lifecycle. I’ve had the privilege of helping grow Across Health from a boutique consultancy into a globally integrated part of Precision AQ, where I now lead the Omnichannel Solutions group internationally. Along the way, I’ve built enduring client partnerships, led award-winning account teams, and guided cultural transformation without losing identity or talent. My leadership style thrives in strong, independent teams with a shared purpose. I believe in the power of multichannel, omnichannel or optichannel to serve the long tail while enabling reps and MSLs with smart digital tools and interactions—and in activating “if this, then that” strategies that truly move the needle but for the digital maturity of the organisation. I’m also deeply involved in shaping our AI strategy. As part of our AI roadmap, I’m helping implement agentic AI and virtual consultancy models that turn data into actionable insights. By combining our proprietary Navigator365 data with decades of implementation experience, we’re using AI to unlock new strategic connections, scale personalisation, and extend omnichannel excellence beyond the traditional top 10 markets.
