About Ruxandra Coltea

I am an open minded, hard working, organized, and solution and value oriented person, with vast experience in the Corporate IT field. Through my studies, work and volunteering I acquired skills in the areas of Digital Marketing and Procurement Software implementation and testing, in its various shapes and forms. During the first years of my career I have specialized in E-Procurement services, working both independently, part of project teams or leading delivery teams. Lately, as an Application Functional Solutions Lead, I have been expanding my expertiese and have been working on projects such as app developpment and agentic automations, next to the software support, consulting (implementations), supplier enablement (including automatic cXML connections) release managements, and integrations design. I enjoy the close contact with many different industries and business areas, and I like building successful, lasting professional relationships. I can be a team player as well as a team leader, and I enjoy fulfilling both roles and molding myself to the project's needs, as I do believe adaptability is one of the key concepts that stay at the base of a successful collaboration
