About Ruxandra Ionescu

My activity as Sales Manager at Dippanels.ro could be described both as a fulfilling experience and as an ongoing learning process, since I managed and supervised the activity of my Sales team and the entire production process, from stair designing, to adequate product delivery. Dippanels.ro started as a solid wood worktop and stair tread online shop and grew to become one of the leading Romanian custom stair builders. I also activated as a direct Sales person and worked on strengthening business relationships with our customers. Building our clients’ trust through offering premium quality products and services was one of my main focuses and this led to a constant growth of the company. I was also involved in Dippanels’ marketing strategy and offered my knowledge whenever needed.
