About Ryan A Thomas

As a graduate of the Hankamer School of Business’s Entrepreneurship/Management program at Baylor, Ryan has since then applied his education through helping start a couple of NGOs globally and locally. Globally, he worked as a first-responder and strategist for the Syrian Refugee Crisis. In that role, he explored the cultural and societal needs of Greeks and refugees flooding into their country while strategizing how to meet these needs via plus volunteers.Since June 2nd, 2021, Ryan has held the position of Senior Traffic Manager for Concentrix, where he built a new trafficking system and saved 205 days of time in the first year of implementing his processes. All the while, he's been creatively active. With the help of a team, Ryan founded a community project named "Collide" that operates as a network of creatives connecting people through social media, events, student mentorship, and their recent subscription service, The Collide Box. His experience facilitating content creation, product management, and community development has prepared him to build collaborative relationships with clientele of multiple cultures, skills, and interests.Since 2019, Ryan has worked as the Creative Traffic Coordinator at Neighborly, the world's largest parent company for Home Service Brands, where he became a SME for Strategic Services and implemented the adoption of new software and a Creative Process for the entire Marketing Department. This helped create transparent and intuitive workflows between the Creative Team and Brand Management, decreasing turnaround time for marketing assets as a result.As CEO/Founder of the Collide Creative, he's focused on developing relationships with small businesses and freelance creatives throughout Central Texas to build a community. He's curated spaces like Good Work Lives Here, Growing Pens at Cultivate 7Twelve, and more to create a space for the right people to network that would never meet otherwise. Through developing a music career and public speaking, he's also engaged with schools and organizations both internationally and domestically. This has given him plenty of insight into building rapport and managing organizational and personal relationships.Ryan is willing to provide creative solutions and direction to individuals and organizations who need it and learn how to become better at meeting these needs.
