I have over 14 years of experience working in People & Culture with global experience in property, transport, utilities and financial services industries. My current role as People & Culture Shared Services Manager (PeopleHub) for Ausgrid ensures connection and collaboration between PeopleHub teams, our stakeholders in our P&C network and most importantly our employees through providing excellent customer service and effective delivery of all People & Culture administrative and operational activities to all Ausgrid employees in the field and in corporate roles. Ausgrid is the largest distributor of electricity on Australia’s east coast, providing power to 1.8 million customers through a network made up of substations, powerlines, underground cables and power poles, spanning 22,275 square kilometres throughout Sydney, the Central Coast and the Hunter Valley.
