About Ryan Agrey

As the Founder and CEO of Hope Innovations INC, I am on a mission to solve one of the world’s greatest challenges—hunger and food security—through innovation in hydroponics. Our patented technologies and user-friendly kits empower individuals and communities to grow fresh, sustainable food indoors year-round. By simplifying the process, we make self-reliance in food production more accessible than ever. While working full-time in oil and gas, I developed hydroponic technology as a personal passion project, driven by a desire to create meaningful change. After receiving an incredible response from the indoor growing community, I left my career to build Hope Innovations and focus on solving this problem once and for all. Since founding the company, I have: Launched a crowdfunding campaign that raised nearly with just a budget. Grown Hope Innovations to a total revenue of over 1.5 million. Secured patents for cutting-edge hydroponic designs. Developed 2 full scale plug and play hydroponic garden kits. Developed an AI-powered GPT API to guide users through hydroponic growing. Authored two books and launched a podcast to educate and inspire others about growing hydroponically. Personally led product design, assembly, logistics, and customer service to ensure a seamless experience for customers. In addition to my work at Hope Innovations, I serve as a Chief Strategist for the Canadian Hydroponic Association (CHA), where I drive initiatives to grow the hydroponic industry in Canada and build a sustainable future. I am passionate about building partnerships that align with our vision and creating solutions that truly make a difference.
