Self-motivated civil engineer with experience in land development and structural design, committed to delivering efficient and impactful projects. Ryan has worked on residential, commercial, and academic projects, conducting inspections, condition assessments, and structural evaluations. He coordinated with contractors to provide cost-efficient solutions and meet project deadlines. He is now focused on land development, handling due diligence, feasibility studies, permitting, and construction inspections for commercial projects across public and private sectors. In land development, Ryan prepares site plans, coordinates with review agencies, and ensures compliance with zoning codes, ULDC requirements, and permitting conditions. He has worked on grading, drainage, water, and sewer utilities while also producing reports, cost estimates, and bid packages. He collaborates with project managers, architects, and engineers to resolve comments and keep clients informed on financials, timelines, and deliverables. Earlier in his career, Ryan gained structural engineering experience analyzing low, mid, and high-rise buildings using RAM Concept, RAM Structural Systems, RAM Elements, ETABS, SAFE, and AutoCAD. He reviewed shop drawings, performed calculations, and designed repair drawings for rehabilitation projects. Ryan has also served in leadership roles through ASCE, including Events Committee Chair, Events Director, and now Field Day Committee Chair for the Miami-Dade Branch, where he coordinates with Zoo Miami and plans to host the Branch’s largest annual event with 600+ civil engineers. He earned the ASCE Graduate Student of the Year Award (2022) and holds both a B.S. and M.S. in Civil/Structural Engineering from Florida International University.
