About Ryan Baer

Seeing the people I train grow in their career is what makes my job so fun to go to every day! As the trainer at Versa Pak, I get to be a huge part of the growth and success of our company. Before I was a trainer, I was a foreman and moved my way up to management, and found my love of training and helping people grow in their career. I possess 10 years of training experience and have been a trainer at Versa Pak for five years. On your first day at Versa Pak, I am the first person you get to meet in orientation and onboarding. Leading by example is important to me and I train with a focus on psychology of leadership and servant leadership. I am experienced in blended training with hard and soft skills. Safety, of course, is No. 1 and I am responsible that all systems are covered clearly. Versa Pak is a manufacturer of versatile plastic packaging bags and more for the food and other consumer industries. Our culture is fun, family oriented and focused on our customers. I love working at Versa Pak because I always feel heard and have a sense of accomplishment in my job.
