My journey to tech began with a career in education, where I honed my leadership, training, and organizational skills – qualities that now serve me well in the world of data. After transitioning into the tech field, I apprenticed at a Salesforce consultancy, gaining hands-on experience across diverse industries, from healthcare and finance to industrial and consumer goods and insurance. This experience exposed me to Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and a wide range of automation tools, providing me with a well-rounded foundation in Salesforce administration. I then served as the sole Salesforce administrator for a financial services company, acting as the go-to resource for data questions, reporting, and process improvements. Currently, at Word & Brown, I'm focused on integrating data and processes from external sources into our Salesforce org, further refining my skills in data migration and system integration within the health insurance sector. I thrive on finding innovative solutions to complex data challenges and am passionate about leveraging technology to improve efficiency and accuracy.
