About Ryan Bard

As a licensed residential real estate expert, I use my experience, leadership, and market knowledge to help clients purchase or sell residential properties. I collaborate and communicate openly as we develop a marketing plan to attract and address buyers’ needs, assist clients in exploring their financial options, preside over negotiations, and advise clients on suitable courses of action. I have an outstanding network of lenders, appraisers, home inspectors, contractors, and escrow companies to whom I can refer my clients. I am a University of North Dakota graduate. Right out of college, I worked in the NBA for the Golden State Warriors as a premium seating manager. I then moved on to the Florida Panthers as their sales manager. Coming back to Duluth, I co-owned a small business and began my real estate career. I love the fact that I am selling something that means so much to people and helps change their lives in a positive way. I am a lifelong resident of the Twin Ports area and enjoy golfing, boating, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.
