With over 20 years of combined logistics and procurement experience in the military and private sector, I have established myself as a leader by way of utilizing business and management principles to include strategic planning, resource allocation, inventory management, production methods, and human resources modeling, along with a high degree of coordination and skillful implementation in order to achieve desired results. I have implemented controls by developing standards, processes, and systems to manage assets, track purchases and spend, as well as compliance to contract terms, which has ensured that the business is minimizing risk and maximizing return. Having attained the rank of Chief Warrant Officer 2, I have been directly in charge of over 40 personnel on any given assignment but have influenced thousands in Accountability and Purchasing procedures. My leadership and fortitude have especially been demonstrated in highly stressful situations, when deployed to combat zones, where strategically determining the best course of action and meeting all assigned deadlines, is critical.
