About Ryan Bednar

I'm Ryan, a Feeder On-Road Supervisor at UPS with a passion for driving excellence and safety on the road. With a keen eye for detail and a commitment to efficiency, I specialize in training and mentoring our fantastic team of drivers, ensuring they adhere to the highest safety standards and procedures. Here's what I bring to the table- Safety First: Implementing comprehensive training programs that prioritize driver safety and minimize risks- Operational Excellence: Auditing daily schedules and optimizing job assignments to boost efficiency and cut costs- Team Leadership: Supervising and supporting a dynamic group of drivers and supervisors, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability. At UPS, I don't just oversee operations; I transform them. By leveraging data analytics and innovative strategies, I strive to enhance our service delivery while maintaining a safe and productive work environment. While having a background in Operations working in the Hub, Industrial Engineering as a load planner for half of the South Cal District, and Dispatching in 3 buildings, I’m always looking for more opportunity to better myself in the business and to grow with the company. Let's connect and explore how we can drive success together, one mile at a time.#Logistics #SafetyFirst #OperationalExcellence #TeamLeadership #UPS #DrivingSuccess
