About Ryan Bednar

I imagine possibilities. I am passionate about good design and improving urban life across scales, from the individual floorplan to larger community plans. Throughout my architecture degree, problem-solving, organization, and teamwork were necessary skills to excel in the fast-paced, collaborative design environment. In the hospitality industry, I honed my inter-personal skills with not only customers, but team members, and fostered an attention to detail and quality. Those skills are brought together in the real estate development space where I am constantly building relationships with new people and combing the details of plans in coordination with consultants, all with the goal of bringing new and vibrant spaces to the Metro Vancouver urban landscape. When I am not wearing the developer hat, I am a photographer and videographer, avid hiker and backpacker of the BC backcountry, volleyball player, illustrator, and student of the Japanese language.
