This systems thinking approach builds an understanding of structures & relationships to improve efficiencies – & ultimately helps others get their ducks in a row. As an effective operations leader with 20+ years' experience in various management roles, I am uniquely qualified to help businesses, teams, & people to increase efficiencies resulting in success. I'm passionate about helping facilitate & coach teams/people to successfully execute despite chaotic, ambiguous environments, typically under competitive circumstances. Through a Servant Leadership based style, I have successfully aligned & helped drive various teams towards a shared vision. I believe in adopting best practices but always remain flexible to adapt to the needs at hand to achieve the ultimate objectives. My toolbox leverages Training Lean & Kaizen Principles, Excel & Google Sheets, effective communication, & most importantly, leadership, coaching, & interpersonal skills. With a focus on a high degree of collaboration, consensus building, & level-headedness, I thrive in fast-paced environments. These are environments where I'm able to look at processes, determine efficiencies, & engage employees to assist in the development of solutions. I believe that fostering relationships across varied stakeholders & stakeholder groups is the key to success. This includes company executives, department leads, & front-line employees.
