With over fifteen years of work experience in customer service, implementation, and customer success, I am a passionate and driven leader who strives to deliver exceptional results and satisfaction for our clients at KnowBe4. As the Customer Success Team Manager, I oversee a team of customer success managers who are responsible for onboarding, training, supporting, and retaining our customers, as well as identifying opportunities for growth and expansion. I leverage my skills in change management, training, and customer satisfaction to ensure that our customers are fully engaged and satisfied with our products and services, and that they achieve their security awareness and compliance goals. I also collaborate with other teams and departments, such as sales, marketing, product, and engineering, to provide feedback and insights from our customers, and to align our strategies and initiatives with the company's vision and mission. My field of expertise is human resources, which I obtained from my B.B.A. degree, and which helps me to understand the needs and challenges of our customers, as well as to manage and motivate my own team. I am committed to creating a positive and inclusive culture within our team and our organization, where we value diversity, collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.
