Below is a selection of the top accomplishments from my career: • Grew US Roundtable for Sustainable Poultry & Eggs annual revenue from $60K in seed investment to $600K+ in the first three years by successfully executing strategic vision, generating stakeholder trust by achieving program results, and growing from 10 to 80+ members contributing dues. Drove a 95%+ member retention rate by developing an organized process with online database to effectively engage, recruit, and onboard members. • Led significant change in global operations and stakeholder relations with major poultry and egg buyers, increasing transparency and trust in the supply chain to unprecedented levels by partnering with worldwide experts to co-create outcomes-based, global key animal welfare indicators through International Poultry Welfare Alliance. • Overcame substantial political challenges and played an integral role in passing final version of the 2014 Farm Bill as director at NMPF, working to gain consensus with the US congressional conference committee on controversial provisions.
