Ryan is an experienced specialist in Telecommunications Program & Project Management, Design Engineering & Network Planning. Currently engaged as the National Program Manager for the SEP Network Refresh covering both the engineering development and the deployment of the NG-SEP Footprint. Prior to this exciting program Ryan lead the domestic Megaband program for the Telstra business. This involved delivering projects specifically for our top tier Wholesale, Enterprise & Government customers requiring high bandwidth priority wideband services both Internationally & Domestically which required special operations attention to deliver complex projects in very short timeframes. Other experience in the telecommunications arena includes program managing many large Government, Strategic and Enterprise multi-year programs, which were building over $100M of Network Infrastructure annually. Located between Brisbane and the Gold Coast, Ryan works within a specialist Program Management Office in parallel with planning, design & construction engineers who focus on Wideband, Transport, Access & Core IP communication networks. His main focus is delivering the highest quality & timely end to end customer services, providing product delivery that is unrivalled across the Australian Telecommunications landscape, allowing the best outcome for both customers and internal stakeholders alike. Ryan has 20+ years of experience within the Telecommunications industry, working to deliver projects of vast scale and complexity, on time, within budget and to the highest standard of quality. Ryan builds on an extensive technical background, along with solid proven sales & client based experience and also draws on skills gained from many years of volunteering for organisations such as the State Emergency Service (SES), Australian Volunteer Coast Guard and operating as Chief Fire Warden for Telstras Brisbane George street office.
