I enjoy solving business "puzzles", and the expression on someone's face when I've taught them something game-changing in Power BI and they realize that their data life has changed. My passion is to build cohesive teams and grow individuals to unleash their untapped potential. I’m driven to bring new perspectives to existing challenges and thrive when I can lead teams through ambitious endeavors to drive real results. I embrace ambiguity, carving new paths for businesses, and seek inspired yet applicable strategic plans that drive revenue growth. I have scaled a small business from $1 Million to $15+ Million in annual gross revenue, and have successfully grown a team of 10 Azure analytics professionals to more than 50. I have led business development and successfully formed long-term relationships with clients and strategic partners. I love playing chess, improv, board games, smoking the perfect brisket, spending adventurous time outdoors, and discovering new things with my children. Fortunately, my love of BBQ is matched by my enthusiasm for fitness! I'm passionate about sports and am always planning my next trip to the BWCA.
