Ryan has 13 years experience working in residential sales, lettings and new homes in the UK and internationally. With ambitious plans for growth, Ryan joined Auxesia Homes in September 2020. As a registered provider of affordable homes, our pledge is to support Military Veterans, NHS and Emergency Service Personnel in their search for good quality affordable housing. Working in partnership with property developers and Local Authorities, Auxesia Homes endeavour to provide 500 new build affordable homes each year for shared ownership, rental and rent to buy. Previously, Ryan represented the UK's only National Custom Build Enabler of serviced building plots and pre-designed customisable homes. Ryan was instrumental in reshaping the business proposition to offer development consultancy, enabling support and sales & marketing services to private landowners, local authorities and volume housebuilders. He also represented Savills as Residential Development Sales Manager specialising in sales, marketing and consultancy of new homes across the North of England. Working closely with some of the nations most recognisable property developers, Ryan gave best advice on residential schemes pre and post planning; including final building design, product specification, amenity offering, service charge, marketing strategy, pricing and rates of sale. Prior to joining Savills, Ryan was Head of Sales at luxury real estate brokerage 'Sotheby's International Realty' in Dubai where he personally sold over £100million worth of real estate during his 4 year spell in the Emirates. In 2012 Ryan was appointed Area Lettings Manager at Your Move to grow their Lettings portfolio across their 3x city centre branches. This came after founding and running his own Lettings and Property Management business on the outskirts of Edinburgh at just 23 years old - successfully building a portfolio of 54 properties under management in just 14 months. Ryan is a NAEA and ARLA propertymark qualified property professional who comprises a wealth of real estate knowledge and has represented an array of high net worth clientele.
