Over the progression and evolution of my career, I have been recruited and promoted to ignite growth, transform struggling regions, build new and innovative customer-facing products, and revamp sales processes. My career has been defined by my ability to step into any team or organization and immediately begin laying the foundation for what will be impressive and rapid growth across all performance metrics. I am a strategic thinker with a high-level of success executing on results and targets that have fallen under my scope and leadership. For me, there is not challenge too great or target too high. I have doubled growth plans in mature markets and turnaround regions from stalling to thriving. I build team cultures that align with forward objectives while motivating, empowering, and influencing. I never lose focus on my customer and always seek to innovate new solutions and/or products that exceed even the most complex of needs. My career trajectory has allowed me to lead inside major enterprises that include UPS and Starbucks. Elevating from an individual contributor to senior area sales manager, I have propelled revenue to $148M, developed teams with strong bench strengths, partnered with major enterprises on a global scale, and earned the World of Champions accommodation on 6 separate occasions. Within highly-matrixed organizations, I strive to remain fluid and evolving to the industry and demands on my role.
