About Ryan Blanchard

Ryan has a history of service. After high school, the native Minnesotan joined the U.S. Army, moved to El Paso and served his country that included a year-long deployment in Afghanistan. After his discharge, he returned home and looked for further opportunities to serve people in the Twin Cities. He didn’t truly find what he was looking for in insurance or as a financial advisor. That’s why he joined the Limas Real Estate Group. “I enjoy building relationships with people, and there’s simply no better way to serve than by helping people on their real estate journeys,” says Ryan. “Often, buying or selling a house is the largest financial and emotional investment in a person’s life, and I love helping people reach goals that can have both immediate and long-term benefits.” Ryan notes that many of the skills he developed to help people build their wealth transfers nicely to real estate. “It’s a tremendous asset for my clients to know that my focus isn’t only on the ‘bricks and sticks,’ it’s also about making certain their decisions put them in a place where they can build for the future.” When he’s not impacting people’s lives through real estate, Ryan is drawn to sports and a healthy lifestyle. In addition to a daily workout routine, he loves to snowboard in the winter and spend time at a lake or pool in the summer. He’s a fan of all Minnesota sports teams (especially the Vikings) and continues a relationship with friends from childhood through a fantasy football league they’ve formed. It’s being able to continue building those kinds of relationships, along with his easy-going attitude, that makes Ryan the kind of agent you’ll want working with you.
