About Ryan Blasberg

With a degree in Management and Leadership Studies, transitioning to the professional world was made easy. This provided the opportunity to collaborate on a range of projects, both independently and as a team. My time in school helped perfect my presentation skills and taught me how to engage an audience. A passion in my personal and professional life has always been working with people and building connections. Internships and volunteer opportunities allowed me to pursue this passion, as I feel this role will also do. My previous roles have offered experiences that I am optimistic will contribute to this position. As a student ambassador, I conducted recruitment activities such as outreach, tours, and enrollment guidance. With the Bank of the San Juan’s, I collaborated to implement a statewide wellness program and help with community outreach. My time at United Way of Pueblo County allowed me to work on documentation skills, compliance, and time management. At GOAL High School I work one-on-one with students in the Pikes Peak Region. As an Academic Coach, I manage a case load of 30 to 40 students. In this role, I monitored students on a consistent basis, coordinated appointments with faculty, and provided materials to help them strive in the classroom. As a Counseling Assistant, I audit transcripts and build rapport with students to aid in their success post-graduation. Both positions required constant monitoring and insuring tasks were being taken care of in a timely manner.
