EXPERIENCE: January 2011- May-2011 Barista- Starbucks, Seattle, WA May 2011- October 2012: Backroom Team Member- Target Corporation, Redmond, WA Cashier November 2012- Present Backroom/Sales Support- Neiman Marcus, Bellevue, WA DUTIES: Neiman Marcus/Target- Enters quantity information into the system as well as the location in the stockroom where the material is stored. Replenishes the sales floor, organizes the backroom, process transactions in POS, assists guests with general questions and concerns, and helps solve customer issues as they arise. This may include a transaction out of the stockroom to the sales floor. Starbucks Barista- greeted each customer while making a connection with each individual. Up sold customers from an 8 oz coffee to a 16 oz. Also would recommend a pastry to go along with their coffee. Point out the pairing that would compliment each other. SKILLS: Can operate a fork lift to remove materials from high shelves. Use of a pallet jack may also be needed in the stockroom; as well as Baylor cardboard compactor. I was a Starbucks barista for the Swedish hospital in Seattle for my senior project so I have experience in making and selling coffee also one on one customer care. I recently got IT certified with Sysco systems and I'm currently training to be a manager at Neiman Marcus. I have about six months of unofficial management of the department I currently work in.
