About Ryan Blundy

People. Process. Results. With a focus on delivering results, I have helped several industry-leading corporations achieve improved operational excellence. The combination of a continuous improvement mindset married with the soft skills of people leadership have sculpted my industry experiences and allowed me to achieve many career highlights. I strive to help my employers meet and exceed their key performance indicators including associate engagement. My hard-working mentality goes back to when I started my first business at 11 years old, while everyone else was out playing I was figuring out how I could serve my customers better. I take taken that mentality of hard-work and dedication from my early youth and applied them to my professional career where I continually ask the save question, what can I do to improve my customers experience? As a leader I know I have many customers internal and external and all need to be treated equally.
