About Ryan Bonelli

For over two decades, I’ve been pulled toward leadership that fuses innovation with real-world impact. Now, as Chief Operating Officer at Peregrine Precision Systems (PPS) in Canby, OR, I’m shaping the future alongside two dynamic teams: Decimal Engineered Systems, where we design cutting-edge, GMP-compliant process equipment, and Naturally Synthetic, where we’re redefining biopharma possibilities. My path here wasn’t a straight line. I built a knowledge-driven retailer that rose to dominate its market, launched a global distribution network, and pioneered greenhouse products with fresh commercial approaches. At Holistic Research and NetZero, I helped steer sustainable botanical extracts and cultivation toward new horizons. My curiosity about health and wellness runs deep, studying natural compounds and biological responses led me to develop my first therapeutic in 2002 and a semi-commercial therapy by 2016. Along the way, I earned two certifications in manufacturing advanced tablets and capsules, working to master dose design in the process. Beyond the office, I coach basketball, a space where I find balance mentoring young athletes, cheering their progress, and rallying them toward a shared purpose. That same energy drives me at PPS: uniting teams, sharpening processes, and building something that lasts. I’m eager to connect with partners to expand Decimal and PPS’s impact, and I’m always open to conversations about growing this mission.
