As a Quality Assurance Analyst with a background in Full Stack Development, I have a passion for improving user experiences in the gaming industry and beyond. It all started with my own frustrations as a gamer and user of customer service systems and websites. I always questioned why things were implemented in certain ways and sought to understand how they could be better. That's why I love the challenge of Quality Assurance - finding and fixing the issues that can make or break a user's experience. It's like solving a puzzle but with the added satisfaction of knowing that my work makes things better for others. As far as my career goes, I have a track record of taking initiative and stepping up to leadership roles beyond my defined job description. For instance, I have been recognized as a trusted team member and assigned to establish and maintain strong working relationships with colleagues, resulting in improved collaboration and communication across the team. Moreover, I have spearheaded the onboarding process of new team members by providing comprehensive training, guidance, and support, resulting in reduced ramp-up time and improved productivity. I have also been appointed as a project lead to ensure the seamless execution of projects by tracking progress, identifying roadblocks, and keeping the team informed of all key milestones, resulting in timely project delivery and increased client satisfaction. I learned computer science and coding in response to a sudden and unexpected shift in business structure - this was done to keep my work and position relevant to the new changes. I am the one that leaders rely on to take on roles outside of my job description. Basically, I have a kind of stick-to-it type of determination to get things done.
