About Ryan Bradley

With over 9 years’ planning experience in corporate and local government office environments I have developed excellent analytical and report writing skills. I have a Bachelor of Planning degree and I have advanced skills in Microsoft Office software such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. In my most recent long term role I developed land use policy and produced reports for Council agendas. Utilising excellent communication and organisational skills, I developed and maintained successful working relationships with various stakeholders including developers, residents groups, politicians and infrastructure providers. I successfully led a project to create a residential and commercial growth plan for an area, which involved assessing the land constraints/opportunities and overarching policy guidance alongside four stages of public consultation. I also project managed a fund to restore heritage buildings and oversaw around in grants. I recently spent 18 months in London in temporary project administration contracts and as a Senior Enforcement Planner for the London Borough of Newham. I have now returned to New Zealand and have taken up a Policy Planner role with the Auckland Council.
