About Ryan Brethour

I am a very dedicated, and hard working individual that, through my undergrad, has taken a strong liking to the fields of injury prevention and rehabilitation as well as the creating and distribution of medical equipment. I am CPR AED certified. I am FMT Advanced kin taping certified and have a diploma in Sports and Exercise Nutiriton. I also have my CSCS through the NCSF Obtained a Bachelor's Science degree, majoring in Human Kinetics, minored in Business. Member of the Mens Varsity Rugby team for 5 seasons. 2 years on the Kinesiology games team at the University of Guelph. I was also an assistant coach of the University of Guelph's men's rugby team from 2017-2020 From December 2016- December 2018 I worked as a fitness associate at Orangetheory fitness Guelph.September 2018- June 2020 I was with the same studio but then as a fitness coach. Was voted 2019s reader's choice best Fitness instructor/coach for the city of Guelph. I then sold vehicle for Ford from June 2020-December 2022. I have been back with Orangetheory Fitness but in Newmarket-Aurora since December of 2022 as a Fitness Associate and Fitness Coach. I also personal train clients outside of the studio. My clients have ranged from young athletes to retirees who have had a stroke.
