About Ryan Brick

I’ve spent the past 8 years working across both the debt and equity capital markets — helping businesses raise capital, structure deals, and unlock value through smarter funding solutions. I started out in distribution, raising capital from high-net-worth individuals, corporates, and family offices and through financial advisors. From there, I moved into fund management, where I worked on multiple successful transactions, built strong deal pipelines, and ensured that the commercial, financial, and operational sides of each investment aligned seamlessly. Today, I’m a Deal Executive at Nitinol Capital, specialising in debt advisory and management. I’ve developed unique experience and relationships within South Africa’s lending market, focusing on structuring tailored solutions that balance lender appetite with borrower needs — ensuring transactions that are both bankable and value-accretive. We work closely with institutions seeking exposure to the private credit market, providing bespoke funding solutions and access to high-quality deal flow across the market. My experience spans a broad range of industries, including property, manufacturing, telecoms, SME and consumer lending, mining services, agriculture, and the sector, among others. What drives me is partnering with ambitious businesses and investors to design funding strategies that create lasting impact — beyond just the numbers.
