I have been involved in commercial real estate since college when I started buying properties. I have managed Class A office buildings, National and Regional shopping centers, industrial buildings and medical tenants. I have leasing experience for both tenant and Landlord representation, I also have experience in property development and construction management. I always treat every tenant, budget and building like they are my own. I pride myself on great communication and exceptional problem solving skills. I have also managed teams of people in snowplowing, commercial lawn care, building maintenance and commercial cleaning crews, all with great success.
