About Ryan Burke

Over the last eighteen years I have been involved in geospatial surveying projects all over the world where I have gained valuable experience and knowledge related to the planning, installation, collection and processing of 3D laser scanning data, aerial photogrammetry, bathymetry, GNSS survey networks, and GNSS/IMU positioning. By way of many projects throughout Canada, USA, SE Asia, Central and South America and Madagascar I have been involved and exposed to surveying and mapping applications for the mining, power, oil and gas, forestry, watershed, agriculture and infrastructure industries. With my extensive mapping experience and knowledge I have been relied upon to research, analyze and implement new and/or improved acquisition and processing techniques and strategies to improve mapping operations and increase business opportunities. Additionally, with my experience as both an Operations and Project Manager, I have developed many important management, leadership and corporate skills including project management, employee training and mentoring, developing and implementing corporate strategy, creating, following and reviewing budgets, proposals, research and development, client liaison and health and safety.
