As a highly cerebral and intuitive team member, my skill set comprises of, among other skills, critical thinking and solution envisioning, both of which I hold in high esteem. I am an exceptional innovator, motivator, and compassionate leader who believes in empowering others with visionary ideas and concepts, which are instrumental in achieving greatness. My ardor for personal development, societal evolution, the advancement of humanity, egalitarianism, moral consistency, and benevolence underscores my employment philosophy. Podcasting is my avocation. It is my intellectual outlet. My hope is to challenge the way minds work when confronted by a narrative that presents a person in a manner entirely unlike the norm. My hope is to elicit change in the way that people conceptualize who a person with adversity in their past actually is.that people polish the treasure they are during their journey of self-discovery and evolution. I've been a learned experience consultant for organizations geared towards recovery and prison reform for nearly 8 years now. I enjoy sharing what I believe whole heartedly so that organizations may develop the road ahead of themselves more precisely and effectively.
