Helping individuals and communities aspire for their best is my personal mission. I have had the chance of working in various positions – my background ranges from non-profit organizations to businesses and universities. My skills in leadership, community engagement, training, and coaching are refined and rooted in the spirit of growth. I have come to learn that everyone has a story and each detail is equally important. I believe that meeting people where they are is the key to a productive workplace. And I know a space dedicated to respect, diversity, and equity help cultivate a thriving community at large. My goal is to instill a sense of pride and belonging within everyone in hopes that each will excitedly contribute to the common good.
