About Ryan Cairns

I have a lot of real world experience to offer. Growing up my family owned several businesses. My dad owned a lawn care and landscaping business which I worked for. My uncle owned an Automotive Repair shop that I grew up around and worked in while attending Technical College. I spent a year working in a Automotive Parts store when I was in high school helping me to better understand pricing matrix, inventory and inventory management, in addition to customer service skills. I have 5 years experience working as an Automotive technician in both dealership and Independent shop environments. I spent two years teaching Automotive Technology at Salina Area Technical School. I have 11 years experience as a service writer. I managed a shop for two and a half years for an independent dealer, and I also performed outside sales with many of these jobs. In addition to my industry experience I have taught Automotive Technology at a Technical College for 6 years, and also have been a Certified Ford MLR Instructor for f years. In addition to my automotive related background I am a certified machinist, certified welder, & have a CDL license.I also worked for several different farmers growing up having experience in a farrow to finish swine operation, cattle, crops, and a commercial harvest crew. All of these experiences have allowed me to better relate to a broad spectrum of customers no matter what type of a product, or company that I am selling, representing, or training for. My professional goal is to work long term for a company that can utilize my multiple skills and experiences to make their company more profitable and efficient for the long term.
