About Ryan Caldwell

I am a Technical Product Manager with over 10 years experience managing some of the most innovate product launches in the Canadian wireless industry. This includes the first LTE, Android and Windows phones, and 100+ successful software releases across 30 other products. At HTC I have improved my main customer’s satisfaction rating from 74% to 95%, while making process improvements that have been adopted across the North American region. At ZTE, I was a trusted advisor to multiple teams, establishing the product development program from the ground up, while supporting product marketing and after-sales support initiatives. Colleagues know me for my passion for technology. I’m able to adapt to new technology extremely quickly, and have an aptitude for troubleshooting complex issues. I also excel at translating business requirements into to technical specs, and leading R&D teams to implement new features. I have a Masters of Applied Science and Bachelors in Electrical Engineering from Ryerson University. My work was focused on wireless communications and I published several magazine and journal articles during my tenure. When I’m not working I enjoy music, hiking, biking, canoeing, Thai boxing and spending time with my family.
