My roles being Mine Site support was to provides services to the customer with Planned and Breakdown parts and service supply, Product lines; Komatsu all fleet (5t-600t Fleet), Caterpillar -793, D6-D11)as well as a range of ancillary Caterpillar equipment. My previous role with Cat Global/Terex include the following product lines, Unit Rig Haul Trucks, O&K Excavators RH120/170/200/340/400, all Reedrill Drill Rigs. Previously I was accountable for a fleet throughout WA/SA and operating on a range of maintenance contracts including HME and Cost Caps. An example of my work is that I implemented and ran Continuous Improvement Project with key customers in order to develop and improve the relationship between the customer and the OEM. Key areas of focus included the ability to fill orders on time, part stock outs, Recommended Spare Parts List, Product improvements and promote Safety.
