I am passionate about making a difference! Both in my own life and especially others. I firmly believe in the Go-Giver mentality helping individuals design lives they may have only previously dreamt of. Time is our most precious asset and once spent is gone. Building passive, generational income & wealth through real estate & other investment vehicles is my passion. I believe everyone has unique skills & viewpoints & that these should be nurtured. From my previous professional experience, I have extensive knowledge with respect to high performance construction (EnergySTAR, LEED, Net Zero) and the associated building science backing these concepts. I am also intimate with the leading edge heating, ventilation, plumbing and refrigeration technologies that keep these buildings performing optimally. This knowledge is a crucial part of capital expenditures within multi-family assets, whether existing apartment buildings that need stabilization, or purpose built infill projects, both passions of mine within my role helping to lead SheRy Group.
