Former engineering student who studied mechanical and polymer engineering at the Technological University of the Shannon Midlands and Midwest. Extensive experience in engineering and all the duties that come with an engineering role due to my current employment as a manufacturing engineer at Boston Scientific Galway and over 9 years' experience as a part-time fitter fabricator for Conquest Steel Moulds. Gained over 7 years' experience of operating heavy plant machinery and equipment while working part-time for O'Brien's Plant Hire. Developed exemplary communication skills while working as a manufacturing engineer at Boston Scientific Galway and also from dealing with customers on a daily basis and communicating with fellow employees in order to solve, conduct, and complete each task to the highest standards while working for Conquest Steel Moulds. Gained excellent team working skills while working as an engineer for Boston Scientific Galway, a fitter fabricator for Conquest Steel Moulds, a heavy equipment operator for O'Brien Plant Hire, and also from over 18 years playing for my local G.A.A club. I would describe myself as a person who is Highly Ambitious, Responsible, Trustworthy, Composed, Articulate, Punctual, and Hard Working with a keen interest in continuing to learn, adapt, and challenge myself in order to fulfil my maximum potential on both a personal and professional level.
