Over the past 15+ years, I have gained extensive experience in managing multi-year projects with budgets of up to $3.5M and revenues of $20M+ for leading corporate and government entities (DFW Airport, Ericsson, Hines group, DOD, and FAA) to craft tailored solutions in keeping with customer needs. Evocative Career: Built a 5G Smart Factory project in Lewisville, TX for Ericsson in 2020, establishing a positive carbon footprint facility which was awarded the prestigious “Global Lighthouse” designation by the World Economic Forum. Spearheaded multimillion-dollar projects for Schneider Electric, including DFW Airport EIOS ($2.9MM), VA Waco ($1.8MM), Memorial Herman ($1.2MM), UNT Vista to SXW Transition ($850K), UNT I/NET Transition ($736K), and McLane Stadium ($236K). Developed deployment configuration for the iOS MDM server and created DFW standards of infrastructure deployment, overseeing the Mac server upgrade and integration (a $50K project with a two-month duration). Directed the Printer project rollout and assessed/replaced all printers at DFW airport (a $150K project with an eight-month duration) while administering the OCS Rollout for DFW employees, consisting of 1.6K+ Mac and PC users. Coordinated the MDM server rollout for iOS devices (a $250K project with a two-month duration) at DFW Airport while overseeing all activities relating to the Apple systems yearly refresh with a $275K annual budget.
