As a Team Lead of a Windows server team at Unisys, I manage the day-to-day work flow for a DoD contractor all over the USA. With a focus on Microsoft Windows server management, my job ensures critical systems and files remain operational 24/7. My team and I ensure all systems stay safe and secure with upto date with CIS hardening standards, firmware updates, software updates, and vulnerablity remediation. Throughout my career, I have established a reputation of being the primary point of contact for managing datacenter infrastructures, installing and maintaining computer systems physically and virtually, and overseeing SOP's to ensure system functionality. By leveraging a collaborative leadership style, I’ve also successfully accomplished short and long-range goals and objectives, and automated processes to improve overall productivity. I am also an engaging and articulate communicator, capable of clearly conveying complex technical information to key stakeholders, high-value clients, and executive leadership teams.
