About Ryan Chase

I have many years of experience collaborating with large groups with the objective of defining business requirements needed for successful project execution. Once the business requirements and project requirements have been defined and documented, I collaborate with the MCIT developers to set programming expectations. I work directly with front end users as well to coordinate several iterations of UAT testing. Regression testing is also performed when issues are identified. All data files go through several rounds of testing internally as well with the vendor to ensure success. My system experience enables me to thoroughly test data file transmissions to vendors to identify issues and troubleshoot errors. These skills have contributed to successful projects such as retirement plan integrations, health insurance plan integrations as well as Leave of Absence vendor file automaton. My experience in Peoplesoft HCM will allow me to make a smooth transition to Workday HCM as well as any HCM information system.
