About Ryan Cinninger

I am a professional administrator/educator who has had the pleasure to have served in a variety of leadership positions in a diverse spectrum of educational communities over the span of my career. I am a person who is driven by an energy to help my students, staff, school, and school district/corporation to become the best that they can be, and I have a persistent attitude that does not allow obstacles to stand in the way of goals being accomplished. As an educational administrator, athletic director, teacher, and coach, I am characterized by my effective collaborative leadership abilities, committed work ethic, and my passion for helping maximize people and my organization’s potential. These dynamic personal traits, combined with the unique professional opportunities that I have been blessed to have served, have allowed me to develop a vast amount of knowledge, skills, and hands-on aptitudes in dealing with a broad array of people and situations. These attributes makes me an extremely beneficial leader to any school and their respective corporation/district. Individually I am looking forward towards achieving both my professional and personal goals. Professionally, I am seeking a leadership position where I can work within a professional learning community that is striving to maximize its potential both as a school and a district. One that supports and encourages collaboratively working with all stakeholders to make the school and district that I work for the best that we possibly can be in serving the students of our school's community. Personally, I am looking forward in finding a stable school corporation and community to work in that is in proximity to my family’s home so that I can actively be involved in the school’s community to help make it the best that it can possibly be.
