Experienced investment banking professional advising a range of small and mid-sized companies on M&A strategy and execution. I am a well rounded finance professional experienced in company analysis and valuation, due diligence, M&A and financing transaction execution (including buy-side and sell-side M&A processes, fairness opinions, public equity and debt financings, IPOs and private placements), and providing counsel to senior level executives. I have over 12 years of experience in investment banking, including advising large and small, public and private companies. Previously I held a variety of progressively senior finance and investment management roles at two of the leading pension funds in Canada. My career to date, along with completing the CFA designation and an MBA program, have provided me with a uniquely diversified background in finance.
