I am an accomplished Project Manager and Contracts Manager with 16 years’ experience on Greenfield and Brownfield engineering, construction and maintenance projects across the Midstream LNG, coal export, alumina refining, maritime, civil and water sectors. I am highly skilled in managing large and complex infrastructure projects, from the formulation, negotiation, award and management of BoQ, Schedule of Rates, Lump Sum, Cost Reimbursable and consultancy design/services agreements, through to estimating, tendering, scheduling, cost control, scope management, construction contractor management, developing WBS’s and CBS’s for cost budgeting and forecasting, EVP reporting, risk and profitability analysis, and overseeing Management of Change (MOC) processes.
