He brings over a decade of experience in public accounting, having spent 11 years at PwC with a focus on external audits for public companies across the financial services industry—including banks, health insurers, property & casualty insurers, and life insurers. His background includes deep experience in assessing business process and IT risks, evaluating controls, and helping organizations navigate complex regulatory environments. Known as a people-first leader, Ryan values collaboration, mentorship, and building strong teams. He currently serves as Managing Director of SOX Compliance at Webster Bank, where he continues to drive risk awareness and control improvement efforts across the organization.
