I’m an operations executive with nearly 20 years of experience leading complex, high-scale automotive production and logistics functions across Canada and the U.S. As Vice President of Production and Logistics at Clutch, I oversee all aspects of vehicle reconditioning, facility performance, and end-to-end transportation — from acquisition to final delivery — across a national footprint. I’ve led the launch of Lean production facilities, written mechanical and cosmetic reconditioning standards to drive consistency and reduce waste, and built logistics systems that optimize cost, speed, and reliability. My focus is on scalable systems, efficient execution, and delivering a high-quality customer experience at every operational touchpoint. I believe that great operations are powered by great people. A successful team is built by merging a well-trained, motivated workforce with the right processes and resources — and I’m deeply invested in creating environments where people can perform at their best. Whether building new teams or leading seasoned ones through change, I lead with clarity, empathy, and a commitment to development. My leadership career spans growth-stage startups and large-scale operations, including roles at Shift, DriveTime, CarMax, and others. I’ve built and led teams of 200+, opened and consolidated markets, and implemented process improvements that deliver measurable impact on unit economics and customer satisfaction. I’m energized by challenges that require aligning people, process, and technology — and I bring a hands-on, data-informed, and customer-centric approach to everything I do.
