About Ryan D. Hess

Dr. Ryan D. Hess graduated from Logan University College of Chiropractic in 2005. After an extensive postgraduate study program, Dr. Hess practiced in Illinois prior to moving to Florida in 2012. In 2014, Dr. Hess purchased Indian River Chiropractic and has made strides to provide comprehensive health care to Vero Beach. Indian River Chiropractic focuses on family wellness and treatments for work injuries, auto accident injuries and injuries that may have resulted from falls or trauma. Dr. Hess utilizes a hands-on approach to spinal manipulation. Most notable are the flexion - distraction adjusting procedures coupled with Active Release Therapies. Additional practice areas are holistic in nature. Dr. Hess has completed extensive training at the Spine Research Institute of San Diego for spinal correction following whiplash trauma. His widespread training also includes treatment for sports-related injuries, weight loss counseling and management, and hormone balancing therapies. Second opinions, MRI reviews, failed back surgery, and nonresponsive hormone replacement therapy is given detailed attention by Dr. Hess. Loving the great outdoors is one of Dr. Hess' favorite things to do when not in the office. He enjoys time with his family and friends hiking, fishing and touring beautiful scenery on his motorcycle.
