About Ryan Daul

I’m a Chief Petty Officer in the U.S. Navy with 10 years of active-duty service and a proven track record leading logistics, supply chain, and human resource operations across diverse and demanding environments. I've led cross-functional teams, managed multimillion-dollar inventories, improved workflows, and ensured mission readiness across global assignments, including Guantanamo Bay, Spain, and Millington, TN. My expertise includes inventory management, procurement, freight coordination, data analysis, and personnel planning. I’ve implemented process improvements that directly improved performance and accuracy, and I enjoy taking complex systems and making them simpler and more effective for the teams I lead. I recently completed my Master’s in Supply Chain Management at Penn State, along with a graduate certificate in Business Analytics. I also hold a B.A. in Supply Chain Management and Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification, and I’m preparing to earn the CPIM credential to deepen my industry knowledge. As I transition from military service into the private sector, I’m seeking opportunities where I can bring leadership, logistics experience, and data-driven decision-making to help organizations operate smarter and more efficiently.
