Previously, as Director of Customer Success, I developed predictive retention models and early AI-driven analytics that shaped renewal strategy and influenced product direction across a $250M ARR portfolio. Today, that same data-first mindset fuels my work in Support—advocating for AI tools like Forethought to enhance workflow efficiency, building MCP connectors that integrate Salesforce and internal systems to unlock data visibility, and designing custom Claude projects that generate real-time, context-aware insights for the C-suite.
