At Boeing as a Program Manager, I work to drive compliance to processes throughout our production system. The work we do ties directly to Boeing's Comprehensive Safety and Quality Plan, specifically around stamping compliance. With a solid foundation in mechanical engineering from Penn State University, I've been able to leverage my technical expertise to drive unique business solutions to complex problems. I'm a people driven leader, focused on development, engagement, and open communication with my team to drive results. Through leveraging analytics and management skills, I contribute to creating an environment where quality is paramount and processes are continuously improved. I'm passionate about endurance sports, and love to motivate others to take on bold challenges and dream big - we're all capable of more than we think we are!
